Exchange to LDAP keeps your phone system address book in sync with your company’s Exchange contacts list. When you add a new client to your Outlook address book, your phone system is updated automatically. Greet all your customers by name the next time they call, without needing to enter details using a fiddly phone handset.
Exchange2LDAP provides an automated way of updating an LDAP Server or SQL table (both of which are available for free) with the contents of one or several contacts databases within Exchange (either Personal or Public Folders).
Many phone systems can then sync with an LDAP Server, but this was written specifically for the Avaya IP Office Systems. A long time was spent surfing the ‘Net to find something to do this, and other than reallyexpensive systems, there was nothing.
Exchange2LDAP is available as a free download to trial. It is fully functional for the first 20 Contacts in Exchange. For full functionality, please purchase a licence.
Please note that a licence is tied to a machine name and is not transferable. Once we receive payment, we will ask for the machine name to tie the licence to, and send you a licence file to save on the machine. Multiple instances of the application on a single PC require separate licences.
The price shown is for a single license. A 33% discount will be applied at checkout for the 2nd and subsequent licences purchased at the same time and for the same product.
>Please be sure to download the free trial and ensure you are happy with the product before purchasing a licence. Licences are non-refundable.
